Purchase and Refund Policy.

All AdoraPet products carry a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If your AdoraPet product develops a problem due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the 30 day warranty period, please contact us detailing the nature of the defect. AdoraPet offers a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee for products purchased through www.adorapet.com. If you are not satisfied with the AdoraPet product, please contact us within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the product. Except for defective products, which are governed by the policy described above, products that are physically damaged, including products that have been submerged partially or completely in liquid or other substance, will not be accepted for return. Returns of products purchased from third-pary retailers are governed by such retailers' return policies and must be returned to those retailers. If you return a product, AdoraPet recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to AdoraPet or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. In any event, as between you and AdoraPet, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

AdoraPet is only able to mail products to the United States and Canda at this time. To arrange for an international delivery, please contact us with your request.

Colors.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the AdoraPet.com website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colors will be accurate.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies.

The information of the AdoraPet.com website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product materials and fabrics, pricing and availability.
