I would like to thank and give a big hug to The Naptime Chef for this nutella pastry recipe. How can you possibly go wrong with Nutella encased in a warm pie pastry? I remember loving Pop Tarts growing up, and this recipe makes them all grown up. I especially love when you can involve kids in making a dessert recipe, and with this recipe, kids can seal the edges with the tines of a fork, etc.

There is a little dessert place called Dessert Truck Works on the Lower East Side started by a former-attorney-turned-pastry-chef that makes the most amazing Nutella brioche donuts. They seriously are mind blowing. I think this nutella dessert recipe will be a good way to tide me over before my next visit to Dessert Truck Works… ~YiShaun
